Open Question: Where would each type of speaker go?

I own a 2003 Honda Civic EX Coupe and bought a Sound Ordanance P-65C 6-1/2" component speaker system. I am having them professionally installed but wanted to know if I choose where they are installed. The speaker system includes two 6-1/2" woofers, 2 tweeters, 2 external crossovers, 2 woofer grilles. ALL of my stock speakers in my Honda are blown, due to the previous owner. My question is where should each specific speaker type go? For example, the two woofers should be in the front or back. And will these replace all stock speakers in my car? If not, what pair of speakers are missing and what type would I need and where would they go? I know to leave it up to the professionals but I want to know WHY each speaker should go where. I also want a better sound in the front since it is a coupe.
